Our History
In the fall of 2013, our founders, Nicole Milliet and Victoria Lantz realized the need for more women's organizations on campus to get involved in the community while building relationships and growing as leaders. Nicole and Victoria decided then and there to find a solution.
In April of 2014, Aggie Gems was born. Gems has become home for its members - a place where women can feel supported and loved no matter what's happening in their lives. Women of different beliefs, religions, ethnicities, and backgrounds can come to Aggie Gems to find their home at Texas A&M University. Since 2014, our member classes have grown each year, currently encouraging over 100 unique women to shine. We are so thankful for the growth that our organization has accepted and always look forward to what our present and future members will bring!
